The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management is a 4-year degree program that prepares students to have a practical and managerial skills in hotel and restaurant operations, culinary, food service, and event planning; competencies at every academic year level such as food and beverage services (FBS), housekeeping (HSKG) and cookery (CKRY) for them to be competitive in the hospitality industry locally and globally.This aims to teach entrepreneurial skills, knowledge on how to conduct business and the process of conception of the different aspects of hotel, restaurant and resort operations. This curriculum also includes cookinglaboratory experiences, tour as well as local or international internship opportunities in the industry and research that are essential in preparing the students to become adept future restaurateurs and hoteliers.

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management Major in Cruise Line Services (BSHM-CLS)
Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management Major in Cruise Line Services (BSHM-CLS) is a 4-year degree program that provides foundation and specialization study in the Hotel Services field through academic, laboratory and field internship experiences. The Program provides the knowledge and skills necessary for the students to ensure efficiency and to prepare the students to work in the Cruise Line industry. The program is designed in two-depth areas in the Cruise Line Operations: operations and management, which is to prepare students for employment in a variety of hotel positions in the growing cruise line operations.

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management Major in Culinary Arts (BSHM-CA)
This is a 4-year degree programthat involves comprehensive study of the basic and advanced skills needed for a career within the culinary world. It teaches about different aspects of being a cook and working in a kitchen and with the food.It includes keeping a sanitary kitchen, cooking basic recipes and making your dishes look as appetizing as possible on the plate. In addition to honing their culinary skills, this course of study provides students a strong business foundation. Topics like finance, marketing, and sustainable business practices are often explored and put into practice.

Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM)
Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management is a (4) four-year degree program that provides students a concrete view in the field of tourism. This program leads to expertise in management of tour-operating agencies, as well as other jobs in the travel, events and hotel sector. It aims to address the need for professionals who can help in promoting the tourism and hospitality industries in the Philippines. The curriculum is designed to develop skills in critical thinking, creative problem solving, research, intellectual curiosity, and operational competencies. The combination of theories learned inside the classroom, industry immersion and on-the-job training will prepare the students to be globally competitive in tourism management operations.

Two-Year Associate in Hospitality Management (AHM)
Two-year associate's degree programs in hospitality management equip students with comprehensive knowledge of hospitality laws, hospitality operations and hiring practices. It also focuses on principles of food safety, hygiene and sanitation, food service and meal planning, housekeeping procedures, and exploring aspects in food preparation. The program includes an internship where students get instruction and apply their knowledge to real-life situations. The program also offers students competencies such as Food and Beverages Services and Housekeeping. Students gain strong verbal and written communication skills, both of which can help when working with fellow employees and customers
